Yvonne Akinmodun
Yvonne has been working as a professional human resources manager at operational and strategic level for 20 years.
She held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at one of London’s largest housing associations, Peabody, for three years. Here she was responsible for developing human resource strategies and solutions to underpin and support the rapid growth and development of the organisation in housing and care.
In the 10 years before this, she held senior management HR appointments in the further and higher education and housing sectors.
Yvonne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management.
For the past year, Yvonne has been working as an independent HR consultant specialising in the property sector. She founded HR Management Partners in 2009 out of a strong desire to help small businesses and charities overcome their HR challenges.
